I cannot believe it, but the weather forecast for Upstate New York is snow! Actually, I can believe it, since it is only February, and we can’t be certain of no snow until June, lol. But this has been a rainy, gray, ugly winter. I am very eager to watch it go. I have been going through some gardening sites and flower sites (and even some florists sites with valentines roses, Mr. Mecomber, *cough cough*).
Some of the photos are so lovely. Look at these. Aren’t these bouquets exquisite?!

I put the blue and pink tulips photo on my desktop. They are a breath of fresh spring air! I love tulips, especially those great big pink kind. I have a whole garden bed filled with them, but they probably won’t appear until April. That’s two months away! Here’s a photo from last summer, from my “secret” garden with a similar color scheme. I grow lots of blue flowers because I love the color contrast– pink and blue or orange and blue.

Oh isn’t that so lovely! I miss my fresh flowers. In the meantime, I can gaze at their loveliness on my computer desktop. Or, wait until Mr. Mecomber gets the hint and orders me some from the online florist. There’s a big sale right now.
