Sorry that happened to you, but you sure saved yourself MAJOR headache by backing up your stuff. In fact, it reminded me to do my monthly blog and template back-ups - so thank you! :-) Hope it's all covered by warranty and gets fixed fast and for free! I actually just got a new laptop so I could pass my old laptop onto DD, and after I got everything loaded on it that I wanted, and all the settings how I liked them, I discovered I was having an intermittent problem connecting to our home network. So I thought I'd give Dell a call and get some help. After being on the phone with Dell over an hour, and letting them fiddle with my computer, they decided I needed to do a system restore. >:-| Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. I have it much easier than you do. Once I figured out the new software, my new laptop hasn't given me one problem.
