I’ve got so many photos of our travels now that I had to purchase a pro-Flickr account! I have almost 1,000 photos! I’ve been working hard on my photography skills, but I still need work. Some photos turn out absolutely beautiful, while others are too grainy. And I still have to read that manual to the new camera, lol.

Anyway, I put up a photo widget for my travel photos, in my sidebar. You can see a random collection of photos anytime you visit, and go to my photo account to see all the photos I have taken. I am very proud of some of my photos, and I’m going to be making some into photo cards this year. Wouldn’t this photo make a lovely card?

Can’t you just hear the water roaring?

Cards Direct has a great deal going on right now for custom photo cards (10 to 40% off). If you are a Frugal Hack like me, you buy all your holiday and birthday cards in February, when everything goes on sale. Some photo cards are as low as $1 apiece– that’s even cheaper than my local Dollar Store, and the Dollar Store doesn’t offer customized cards. Buying cards in bulk online is the most frugal way to go. It’s even better when you get to customize your own cards (which is what I like to do!). I used to print my own customized cards, but printer ink is outrageously expensive, and we buy all our printed photos, photo cards, business cards, and photo calendars online. Check out Card Direct for some good deals.
