While we wait (and wait and wait) for spring, museums are a nice pacifier until we can start our outdoor activities again. The Brooklyn Museum has been sponsoring an interesting, continuing visit of Japanese art. Starting today is the Utagawa: Masters of the Japanese Print, 1770–1900, and the Japonisme in American Graphic Art, 1880-1920 will begin next month.

The Brooklyn Museum has a nice collection of European and Asian art, too. Also of note is that if you join the friends of the museum, you can receive free tickets to the upcoming MURAKAMI exhibition.
