If there is one big complaint I have about the travel industry– and smaller travel attractions and souvenir vendor in particular– is that I never hear about them! It is so very difficult to find new places and products. I wish businesses were a little more efficient about getting the word out, in particular creating a web presence. Of course, not everyone is a web guru; I accept that small businesses with their small budgets are often IT-challenged, lol. That’s when it really pays to contract out your marketing.
