It wasn’t a great day for photographs– the atmosphere was hazy and saturated with moisture, giving everything a milky blue cast. But it was good to be out on top of some hills today! Here’s a sneak-peek of what we did: we went up to Cazenovia, Peterboro, and Fenner. We saw the Fenner Renewable Energy Windmills again, in Madison County. We also (finally) located Nichols Pond Park, and took a jaunt through it’s steamy wooded pathways. We also found the location of one of the sacred Oneida Stone altars! I’ll have all the juicy details in posts to come. I have yet to finish preparing all the photos. Here’s one of the windmills in Fenner. You can literally see the humidity in the air. Yuk.

I got a better one last week when we drove through chateaugy. our Uncle is a big proponent of wind energy. The tower pic had a bunch of cows at the bottom just lying around relaxing.. Could have been a happy cow commercial.
