Forest Hill Cemetery is a history book, a landmark, and a cemetery. It’s a vast Who’s Who of early New York State history. It’s built for strolling and visiting. I went there on my quest to find the sacred Oneida Indian Stone, which had once been standing at the cemetery entrance.
