Photo Hunters: Walking

It’s a pretty simple theme for this week. I tried to think of some creative things besides a photo of my pedometer or whatever… here’s what I did.

My husband’s fingers walking on the fretboard of his Seagull guitar. My husband is an incredible guitar player. I wish this photo came with sound! Oh well, you’ll just have to admire his hunky hands and imagine his great music. 🙂

We do a lot of walking– in all sorts of weather– on our trips.

Walking up the stairs at the Utica Public Library in Utica, NY.

Up the Stairs

Walking up the very steep Buck Mountain in the Adirondacks.

BuckMtn Trail

Sniffy Hiking

Walking (more like trudging) through the snow banks in the backyard.

Josh Climbing Everest

Walking into Fort Stanwix on a super-hot day.

Entering the Fort

Walking down the steep paths to see the Chittenango Falls. It was so beautiful.

Down to Chittenango Gorge

Beautiful Chittenango Falls

Some of our favorite walking trips have been through various areas of the Adirondack Park. This was such a wonderful day.

Walking Down Round Lake Rd

I could go on and on! All our travels have some kind of walking in them, but I tried to keep my post short. 😉

How did your Photo Hunters go today?
